Problem Note 54158: In SAS® Merchandise Planning, extra dimension sets are created when source worksheets are used to create new worksheets via copy/modify procedure

DetailsAboutRate It

SAS Merchandise Planning creates an extra copy of dimension set(s) associated with a source worksheet when creating a new worksheet using the copy/modify procedure. This extra dimension set cannot be seen in the user interface, but it is found in the maxdata.dimension_template table. The extra dimension sets can be identified by having a dimension_type = 'A' and planworksheet_id is null.

There is no workaround for this issue.
